End user is on their desktop using the same file-folder structure they've always used (baby steps!)Ģ. Configure AutoCAD360 to sync folders within those teamsites to project folders in AutoCAD360ġ. Within sharepoint create a series of teamsites which act as 'project folders' where all project files are saved (same is true for other areas (i.e., proposals)ģ. Set up Sharepoint on each user's desktop where all firm non-management documents - namely projects, proposals, marketing, etc - are stored.Ģ.

Are there suggestions on how best to integrate them in a way that is seamless for the end user? I've been struggling lately to design a system for my integrated Arch/ID office of 8 that integrates all the features and tools available to us - local desktop experience, O365 (team sites via Sharepoint online) and AutoCAD360 namely (we don't use Revit yet - our market just isn't there).
