This tool is great for every step of a project, from the starting phase where we have to brainstorm ideas and everyone can input their research, to the final phase where we have to do our final edits of a file, it is a smart solution where my team members can do their tasks without needing editing permissions every time and without wasting time keeping up with emails of new versions of a file.ĭropbox Paper allows for multiple additions of multimedia, such as Youtube links, videos, embedded images, and more, which makes the brainstorming stage so much easier to get through when we have a visual addition to all our ideas and it can positively impact our final decisions towards a project.

Dropbox Paper is a solution that allows me to create files inside the Dropbox application and write on them as I would do on my local writing solution, but the difference is that all team members on a project can participate on it and work simultaneously on the same file. I like that we can all collaborate in one single place at the same time and use this tool to increase our productivity and increase collaboration.
